Your Role:

  • Direct interaction with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for delivering regular reporting packages.
  • Implement relevant updates to ensure quality and reliability of reports.
  • Involved in ad hoc analyses and transforming data into information to meet customer requirements.
  • Engage in various collaborations, ranging from simple to complex problem-solving.
  • Act as a "Service Expert," open to change and advocating for continuous improvement.
  • Report to a Team Leader for administrative tasks, relevant projects, and business requirements.

Who You Are:

  • Graduate of Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred. CIMA/CMA not required but advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations within local or shared services, focusing on business controlling (financial analysis, reporting, data and tools, management reporting).
  • Possess an end-to-end understanding of financials with a high ability and confidence in interacting with business leaders.
  • Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry; a scientific background is an advantage.
  • Adaptable to complex and fast-paced environments, maintaining high performance expectations amid continuous change.
  • Collaborative, assertive, and confident in communication across all organizational levels.
  • A team player capable of identifying potential issues, solution-focused, and able to collaborate with stakeholders to propose solutions.
  • Amenable to a mid-shift schedule (3 PM - 12 AM) with experience in managing stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Process migration or transformation experience is an advantage.
  • Hybrid work setup.
  • Exposure to dashboard setup.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Analysis for Office, SAC, Tableau, Hyperion, Cloud Reporting, and TM1 preferred.
