GameClub SEA is looking for a Customer Service Hero to join our guild in
Ortigas, Pasig
This isn't your typical 9-to-5 quest; it's a chance to be the frontline support for a vibrant community of gamers across Southeast Asia and the globe.

The Mission:

As a non-voice Customer Service Hero, your main quest will be to solve player problems, answer their questions, and ensure their gaming experience is as smooth as possible. You'll be the reliable GM (Game Master) for our players, providing support through chat and email.

What You'll Do (Quests & Responsibilities):

  • Answer the Queries:
    Respond to player inquiries and tickets with speed and precision, using your sharp wits to navigate through any challenge.

  • Decipher & Analyze:
    Use your keen analysis skills to understand player issues, identify patterns, and find the root cause of in-game bugs or service problems.

  • Be a Champion of the Players:
    Advocate for our community by collecting feedback and reporting it to our development team. Your voice will help shape the future of our games.

  • Maintain the Peace:
    Resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with empathy and grace, ensuring every player feels heard and valued.

  • Keep the Knowledge Base:
    Contribute to and update our knowledge base so that fellow Heroes can level up their skills.

Character Requirements (The Gear You Need):

  • Location:
    You must be prepared to go on-site at our headquarters in Ortigas, Pasig.
  • Communication Skills: Your
    most powerful weapon is your excellent written communication. You must be able to write clearly, concisely, and with a positive tone.
  • Analytical Skills:
    You possess strong problem-solving skills and can analyze information to find the best possible solution.
  • Adaptability:
    This is a dynamic world with possible shifting schedules. You must be flexible and ready to adapt to new quests as they arise.
  • A Gamer's Heart (A Bonus Trait):
    While not required, a passion for gaming will give you an edge. You'll understand our players better and speak their language.
