Sr HR Specialist

Netrix Global is looking for a Sr Human Resources Specialist  in Manila, Philippines, who is responsible for the application of Human Resources principles, practices and tools that support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment. A key area of impact is assisting the Manager of Human Resources with the execution of day-to-day activities. This role is accountable for the administration of policies and procedures, general employee service, HR administration and process improvement support

Office Administration

• Perform office infrastructure admin tasks as needed
• Maintain the bills and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with global IT team to manage employee and office IT assets for onboarding/offboarding

Recruitment

• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition team to source, screen and support hiring in the region.
• Screen candidates based on resource managers' job description, relevant knowledge, and experience for required skill sets, functional skills, and communication skills.
• Strong phone screening exposure & impressive selection ratio.

HR Operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding people-related policies, processes, and procedures.
• Direct the escalation and resolution of HR inquiries, issues, and requests to the appropriate channels.
• Maintain, and update documentation and records for current, new hires and Ex employees, including contracts, legal documents, and personal information.
• Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires including the HR Orientation.
• Assist with daily employee relations matters, supports the HR Director in conducting employee investigations, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist with compensation and benefits throughout the employee life cycle processes and transactions.
• Oversee the employee regularization cycle, disciplinary process, and manage exits and terminations.
• Collaborate and provide monthly payroll and bonus information to the finance department.
• Maintain and manage employee leaves program process.
• Assist with organizing employee engagement events and programs to enhance employee experience. 
• Maintain and update the policies, program and processes aligned with the Philippines compliance.
• Ensure complete confidentiality in the treatment of employee issues and transparency in the execution of the processes. 
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing employee changes, joiners and leavers. 
• Produce data driven reports to inform and influence HR initiatives. 
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows.
• Apply critical thinking to automate and reduce administrative tasks.

• 7 plus years of relevant experience in full-cycle HR and administration.
• Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in English.
• Self-motivated and capable of taking initiatives.
• Proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
• Must be able to meet task deadlines.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Thorough understanding of Philippines labor laws, employee insurance, and benefits Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource.
