Job Description Summary

The HRIS Sr. Systems Analyst owns and executes HR data and system related activities for the global People Data Management. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee data to support core HR processes, and reporting. Responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting audits, and ensuring accuracy in People records and processes, this role also manages Tier 2 issue resolution for HR platforms.

About the Role:

  • Manage Tier 2 Support: Drive issue resolution within SLA, including organization setup, rescinds, data validation, reporting, and mass data uploads via Workday EIB.
  • Maintain Workday Configuration: Perform light configuration tasks such as table maintenance, calculated fields, alerts, campaigns, and notifications.
  • Ensure Data Quality & Governance: Align with People COEs and HR partners to improve data accuracy, enforce governance policies, and maintain compliance with global standards.
  • Analyze & Optimize Processes: Troubleshoot data and process issues, support enhancement testing, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives for workflow efficiency.
  • Enable Insights & Training: Translate HR data into actionable insights, provide training to People teams, and document best practices for data management.

About You:

  • Workday Expertise: Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday experience; Workday HCM configuration and Workday Pro Certification preferred.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Global HR Knowledge: Experience working across time zones and balancing global vs. regional priorities; familiarity with employment laws and HR policies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration with global stakeholders.
