Job Requirements:

Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

At least 1 year of working experience as an IT Associate

Has working knowledge about management systems, detailed understanding of networks, computer firmware, CCTV Controls

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and user service skills

Salary & Benefits:

· 15,000-17,000 monthly basic salary

Job Description:

Grand Majesty Pharma Inc, a fast growing leading pharma distribution company in Cebu with a modern warehouse and office space, is seeking a highly skilled, dynamic and progressive thinking IT Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting the IT Manager in IT Service Operations, network troubleshooting, structural cabling infrastructure, computer systems and network, hardware operating system solutions, preventive maintenance program and systems training for employees

Responsibilities:

• Resolves hardware, software, and network-related problems encountered by end-users of the district network, internet, mainframe, workstations and new computer technology
• Configures and installs windows workstations and Mac operating systems in response to the demands of a complex network design
• Conducts end-users training on the use and features of the various operating systems and applications on the various platforms
• Analyzes network administration and implement solutions
• Installs, certifies and troubleshoots campus and remote-campus network cabling infrastructure including a wide variety of local area network equipment and software
• Tracks log requests; monitors progress, tracks problem resolution, identifies patterns of failure, researches bug fixes and implements solutions
• Communicates with network admin supervisor regarding unresolved problems
• Communicates to vendor and resolve hardware operating system issues
• Analyzes bugs in system and application software; research and tests possible solutions
• Evaluates network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls
• Participate in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
