- Administrative support: Update employee records in databases, file documents, and assist with data entry.
- Employee relations: Respond to employee inquiries about policies and benefits, and assist with employee engagement activities and events.
- HR projects: Assist with training initiatives, develop training materials, and help with HR-related projects and reports.
- Compliance: Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and support the maintenance of HR compliance knowledge.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software is beneficial
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
