  • Employee relations: Respond to employee inquiries about policies and benefits, and assist with employee engagement activities and events.
  • HR projects: Assist with training initiatives, develop training materials, and help with HR-related projects and reports.
  • Compliance: Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and support the maintenance of HR compliance knowledge.

Required skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software is beneficial
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
