Job Description:

Primarily takes charge of the management of operational processes of the Surgical & Specialized Nursing Department (SSND). He/ She coordinates operational matters with other important clinical and corporate divisions that are important in bringing about performance improvement. He/she interprets operational plans to the staff as per direction of the leadership; in terms of safe patient care and revenues.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
  • Preferably a Master's Degree holder.
  • Must have at least five (5) years experience in Clinical and three (3) years Nursing Administration.
  • Must have attended Leadership and Management Training.
  • With skills in office suites/ applications.
  • Preferably with background in Financial Management.
  • Must be a member of any Nursing Accredited Professional Organization.
