A.    Key Responsibilities:

  • Document preparation:

Create and review loan-related documents, including preparing them for client signatures and processing.

  • Compliance and validation:

Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with the company's policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Deficiency management:

Identify and track document deficiencies, and communicate them to the relevant business units or lending officers.

  • Liaison and coordination:

Work with various departments, such as account officers, branch officers, and external parties, to collect necessary information and documents.

  • File management:

Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files, including collateral documents and credit folders.

  • Administrative support:

Provide general administrative support to the loan support team as needed, such as updating client information and initiating transaction

B. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a documentation-related role.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Detail-oriented with time management skills

Work Location: P. Ocampo St. Malate, Manila near De La Salle University Manila

Work Schedule:  Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-6:30PM

Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
