Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Intern to assist our billing and finance team with documentation, data entry, and record management. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial documentation, invoicing support, and process organization, ideal for students interested in finance, accounting, or business administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining billing-related documents and records.
  • Support the finance team in generating and verifying invoices.
  • Ensure accuracy of billing data before submission or filing.
  • Help update internal databases and documentation logs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify billing information.
  • Scan, file, and archive physical and digital documents in a systematic manner.
  • Perform other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced work environment.
