Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, encode, scan, and file various company documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Maintain an organized and updated filing system for easy tracking and retrieval of documents.
  • Review and verify documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission, release, or filing.
  • Assist in the transmittal, routing, and monitoring of documents to and from different departments or branches.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external offices for document-related requests and follow-ups.
  • Prepare simple reports, summaries, and logs related to documentation activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the archiving and disposal of old records following company policies.
  • Support the Documentation Officer or Supervisor in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in clerical, documentation, or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to work at Pedro Gil, Manila

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
