Job Summary:
The Documentation Intern will assist the Billing Clerk in managing and organizing billing documents, records, and related administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students seeking on-the-job training (OJT) experience in a corporate finance or administrative setting. The intern will gain hands-on experience in documentation management, billing processes, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining billing records and supporting documents.
- Help in preparing invoices, receipts, and other billing-related paperwork.
- Encode and update billing data in spreadsheets or company systems as directed.
- Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.
- Support the Billing Clerk in coordinating with other departments for document requests and verification.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and sorting documents.
- Assist in preparing reports or summaries as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies on data and document handling.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Must be eligible for an internship or OJT program.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Manila.
