Job Description:

  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.
  • Train employees in food preparation, safety, and hygiene.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
  • Oversee inventory and supply management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in menu planning and cost control.

Who can have a seat at the table?

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen or back-of-house setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
  • Expertise in food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
