About the Role

The Ops Supervisor acts as the on-site gatekeeper of quality and process integrity.

This role oversees end-to-end quality inspection, issue tracking, process verification, and data consolidation to maintain operational excellence.

Unlike production roles, the Ops Supervisor focuses on second-level verification of each Team Lead's work—ensuring that all video outputs, file structures, and processes meet the company's technical and operational benchmarks.


Key Responsibilities

1. Video Quality Control (QC Execution)

  • Conduct systematic QC inspections of videos uploaded by Teams.
  • Check visual quality, completeness, and file consistency (Video, Keymap, Log).
  • Review and verify QC results from Team Leads.
  • Maintain QC Issue Logs and Problem Trackers daily.
  • Identify recurring issues, assign responsibility, and recommend corrective actions.

2. Keymap & Log Verification

  • Inspect task folders for completeness of , , and files.
  • Validate naming conventions, timestamps, and MD5 checksum accuracy.
  • Track and ensure corrections for any inconsistencies.

3. Process Compliance Supervision

  • Ensure all Teams follow recording and upload SOP and QC standards.
  • Record and flag deviations such as naming errors or upload delays.
  • Recommend performance penalties for repeated violations.
  • Enforce a closed-loop QC system (Detection → Notification → Correction → Recheck → Documentation).

4. Data Integration & Reporting

  • Update the Ops QC Dashboard daily (production output, issues, resolutions).
  • Submit daily QC data and weekly performance reports to the Project Supervisor.
  • Maintain traceable data records for each video and responsible personnel.

5. Training & Standardization

  • Conduct regular QC training and case reviews for Team Leads and Ops staff.
  • Assist in optimizing QC templates, SOPs, and reporting tools.
  • Support onboarding and ensure new hires understand QC and process standards.

Qualifications
  • College degree or higher, preferably in video production, data processing, or quality management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QC or operations supervision (gaming, BPO, or video production preferred).
  • Familiar with file structures, NAS uploads, and network storage systems.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent logical thinking and communication skills; able to identify and resolve issues independently.
