What You'll Do
Oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulations

Collaborate with various departments to identify compliance risks

Prepare reports on compliance status and recommend improvements

Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization

Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or related fields

Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
