About the role

VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC.' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team at our head office in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our marketing and communications department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and marketing strategies to support our continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to promote our products and services to new and existing customers
  • Generating and nurturing leads through various sales channels, including direct outreach, networking, and digital marketing
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
  • Developing and managing content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other marketing collateral
  • Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to continuously optimise and improve results
  • Providing support and training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the lifts/elevator industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Proficient in the use of marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM software, social media platforms, and content management systems
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
