APEC Homes is seeking a dedicated Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our marketing and sales efforts by managing key data, providing valuable insights, and helping us make smart, data-driven decisions. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to help us understand market trends, measure campaign success, and ultimately, help more families find their perfect home.

What You'll Do:
  • Keep sales inventory data organized and accurate to help with forecasting.
  • Create reports on sales performance, analyze trends, and help forecast future sales.
  • Provide data-driven insights and market research to help plan our marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to help guide our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor how our marketing campaigns are performing and suggest improvements.
  • Work with different teams to ensure our marketing plans align with our business goals.
Who We're Looking For:
  • With Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • With 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in real estate, sales support, or data management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
  • Experience with data management, analysis, and visualization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Perform tasks with utmost integrity and honesty.
