About Us

The Upper Deck is Metro Manila's premier sports and recreation hub — with a gym, pool, basketball and badminton courts, padel, climbing wall, recovery spa, and event spaces. We're looking for a Marketing Officer who can combine strong digital marketing skills with a passion for sports, fitness, and lifestyle.

What You'll Do

  • Create and manage digital marketing funnels to generate quality leads.
  • Run campaigns that drive growth in gym memberships, sports activities, and events.
  • Work with the sales team to convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Build exciting content and campaigns that resonate with fitness and sports communities.
  • Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance.

Who We're Looking For

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (social media ads, content, email, funnels, analytics).
  • Preferably with experience in the fitness, sports, or leisure industry.
  • Former athletes or sports enthusiasts are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
