Ayala Malls is looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the execution of high-impact mall events, brand promotions, and merchant support programs. If you are creative, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer engagement, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and implement Ayala Malls–initiated events and promotions, including international shows, mall-wide sales, and family-oriented activities, ensuring execution meets the standards of the Commercial Business Group.
  • Drive revenue through venue rentals, sponsorships, marketing recoveries, and other partnership opportunities.
  • Lead communication and PR initiatives to increase awareness and visibility of mall and Ayala-initiated events.
  • Collaborate with merchants to conceptualize and develop marketing programs that enhance brand presence and store performance.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, partners, and external agencies for successful event rollouts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, PR, and event-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work on weekends as needed for mall events and promotions.
  • Graphic design and digital media editing experience is an advantage.
