Our design process fully considers the installation and maintenance practicalities on site.This is an internally focused role that supports coordination between front office and production teams, ensuring alignment with project requirements and efficient delivery. The position encourages a mindset of continuous improvement and process optimization.The Design Delivery Manager plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of data centre design projects by acting as the operational bridge between our front office project teams and the production teams based in the Philippines. The role is essential to internal coordination, ensuring that production teams are well-supported, aligned with evolving project requirements, and operating efficiently. It also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and delivering actionable insights to enhance overall delivery performance.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGOperational CoordinationAct as the central point of coordination between front office project teams and production teams.Ensure production teams receive clear, timely, and complete information regarding project requirements, changes, and priorities.Support the day-to-day operations of production teams, including Team Leads, Design Engineers, and BIM Specialists.Process Governance & ComplianceEnsure that production teams follow the design processes, standards, and quality expectations.Act as a process steward, helping teams understand and implement best practices and workflows.Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and report on production team performance, including efficiency, output quality, and adherence to timelines.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility to all project stakeholders and higher management.Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks and escalate as needed.Continuous ImprovementAnalyze production trends and feedback to identify opportunities for process optimization.Collaborate with the Design Management Team to propose and implement improvements to workflows, tools, and communication practices.Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives to uplift production team capabilities.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORQualifications5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or production support roles, preferably in a design, engineering, or architectural environment.Experience working with or managing production teams and/or project teams.Familiarity with data centre design or similar technical project environments is a plus.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheets, Planner).Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.Preferred AttributesExperience in a global design consultancy or engineering firm.Exposure to hybrid project delivery methodologies (e.g., structured planning with evolving requirements).Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Exposure to process improvements using Lean and/or Six sigma principlesGETTING RESULTS AND WORKING TOGETHERThe post holder will be expected to operate in line with our workplace values:ACCOUNTABILITY > Everyone is accountable.INTEGRITY > We are straight talking, respectful and fair.SIMPLICITY > Both in our approach and solutions.SUPPORTIVE > We are approachable, inclusive and recognise success.QUALITY > We strive to get it right first time, every time.
