Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Quezon City. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks associated with cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
  • Knowledge of construction practices and techniques
  • Excellent math and analytical skills
  • Experience with computer software such as spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • Licensed or underboard, with atleast 2-3 years experience
  • Willing to travel to project sites for actual estimation.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sacred Heart 1103 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Cost engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
