Cost Estimation & Budgeting

  • Prepare initial cost estimates based on preliminary designs.
  • Develop detailed cost plans as designs evolve.
  • Assist in setting project budgets and ensuring cost control.

2. Tendering & Procurement

  • Prepare tender documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Analyze contractors' bids and provide recommendations.

3. Contract Administration

  • Draft, review, and manage construction contracts.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms.
  • Advise on contractual claims or disputes.

4. Cost Control During Construction

  • Track project costs and report variations.
  • Assess progress payments and recommend interim payments.
  • Monitor changes and ensure they are documented and valued.

5. Valuation & Payment

  • Conduct site visits to assess completed work.
  • Prepare valuations for interim payments and final accounts.
  • Ensure accurate billing and payment to contractors/suppliers.

6. Risk & Value Management

  • Identify potential financial risks and advise on mitigation.
  • Recommend ways to optimize project value and reduce costs.

7. Final Account Preparation

  • Agree on final accounts with contractors.
  • Ensure all variations and claims are settled.

8. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of costs, contracts, and variations.

Qualification Requirements :

­ Must be a Civil Engineering or equivalent

1. Experience

­ Should have experience as Quantity Surveyor on telecom industry at least 3 years

2. Knowledge and Skills

­ Should have enough knowledge on Tower constructions and installations

Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
