Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and service issues related to IT products and solutions.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and order documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer needs.
  • Manage and track sales orders, updates, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and sales data.
  • Provide post-sales support, including handling billing questions, warranty inquiries, and service escalations.
  • Communicate product information, promotions, and updates to customers and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of IT products, software, and solutions is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
