Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Center Manager to lead our operations in Gaming & Content Moderation. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and is passionate about creating safe, engaging online experiences. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and ensure alignment with client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of gaming and content moderation services, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to SLAs.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, QA analysts, and moderators to achieve performance goals.
  • Performance & Quality: Monitor KPIs, implement improvement plans, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, reporting, and strategic alignment.
  • Trust & Safety: Champion digital safety by enforcing content policies and promoting ethical moderation practices.
  • Innovation & Growth: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and expansion within the gaming vertical.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in BPO operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in gaming, content moderation, or trust & safety operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
