Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to support our Gaming & Content Moderation operations. Based at TP McKinley West, this role plays a vital part in ensuring that moderation teams consistently uphold platform standards, user safety, and service excellence.

As a QA, you will evaluate moderation interactions, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with operations and training teams to enhance overall performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Monitoring

  • Review and evaluate moderation cases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.

  • Conduct audits and provide constructive feedback to agents and team leads.

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze QA metrics to identify trends and performance gaps.

  • Prepare quality reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to refine moderation workflows and standards.

  • Recommend updates to evaluation forms and scoring criteria based on platform changes.

  • Gaming & Community Safety

  • Stay informed on gaming trends, platform policies, and emerging risks.

  • Support initiatives that promote safe and respectful online environments.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QA, preferably in content moderation or gaming support.
  • Strong understanding of digital safety, gaming platforms, and community guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in QA tools and reporting systems.
