Product Manager

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our online gaming platform. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, and engaging experiences for our users — across sportsbook, online casino, and other gaming verticals.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and manage the product roadmap for online gaming verticals including sportsbook, live casino, slots, and more.
- Work closely with design, development, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver product features on time and to spec.
- Monitor and optimize product performance KPIs (user retention, ARPU, conversion, etc.).
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Lead competitor analysis and market research to identify product opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Prioritize features based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the execution of product launches, promotions, and new feature rollouts.
- Champion player experience and UX improvements based on data, testing, and user feedback.
- Work with data teams to implement A/B tests, track user journeys, and guide decision-making.
- 3+ years of product management experience in the online gaming industry or a similar digital entertainment environment.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms, especially in casino and/or sportsbook operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., PAGCOR).
- Experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in product metrics, data tools, and KPIs relevant to online gaming.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for gaming, betting, and creating user-centric products.
- Experience working with gaming platforms (e.g., Playtech, Evolution, BetConstruct, SoftSwiss, etc.).
- Knowledge of player behavior in Asian markets, especially in the Philippines or SEA region.
- Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and online gaming back-office systems.
- Background in marketing, CRM, or player retention strategies in online gaming.
