About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Gaming and Content Moderation operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming culture, digital communities, and online safety. You will lead a team of moderators ensuring high-quality service delivery, adherence to platform guidelines, and a safe environment for users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management

  • Supervise and mentor a team of content moderators focused on gaming platforms.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team huddles.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.

  • Gaming & Community Oversight

  • Monitor user-generated content across gaming platforms and communities.

  • Ensure compliance with community standards, safety policies, and platform guidelines.
  • Stay updated on gaming trends, emerging risks, and user behavior.

  • Operational Excellence

  • Track KPIs and ensure SLAs are met consistently.

  • Analyze moderation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Training, Workforce) to optimize workflows.

  • Risk & Escalation Management

  • Handle escalations and sensitive content with discretion and professionalism.

  • Implement best practices for content review and user safety.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content moderation, gaming support, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of gaming platforms, online communities, and digital safety.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
