The Casino Game Content Specialist/Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting talented casino game hosts and reputable agencies in alignment with our independent policies. This role also includes organizing and coordinating online casino game events to boost engagement and brand presence. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the casino gaming industry, a deep understanding of online gaming trends, and the ability to manage both talent acquisition and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit skilled casino game hosts and trusted agencies in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Conduct orientations to ensure all recruits understand platform guidelines, operational requirements, and compliance rules.
  • Organize and manage online casino game events, including planning, promotion, and execution.
  • Build strong relationships with hosts, agencies, and industry contacts to maintain a sustainable recruitment pipeline.
  • Monitor talent performance and event outcomes to ensure high-quality content and compliance.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment and event strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and event performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in casino gaming, livestream hosting, recruitment, or event management.
  • Strong knowledge of online casino games and related audience engagement techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in coordinating online events is a strong advantage.
