Job Description:

Foundever is looking for Financial Customer Service Representatives to join our US Credit Card Account. This role focuses on helping customers manage their credit card concerns and providing accurate information about transactions, payments, and account inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding credit card and account concerns
  • Process transactions and assist with billing or payment issues
  • Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with financial guidelines
  • Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • K-12 Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
  • Old Curriculum: At least 2 years completed in college
  • Experience:
  • At least 1 year of Call Center Experience (any account), or
  • 1 year of banking-related experience for non-BPO applicants
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati (Glorietta 1)
  • Amenable to shifting schedules

Salary and Benefits:

Basic Salary: ₱21,500 per month

Deminimis Allowance: ₱2,000

Monthly Incentive: Up to ₱2,000 (based on performance)

Quarterly Incentive: Up to ₱7,000 (performance-based)
