About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for various accounts. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers through telephone, email, and chat interactions. The role is based in our Mandaluyong City office.

Open accounts:

Financial/Tech/Customer Service Account

Customer Service (Voice 80% + NV 20%) Blended Account

Radio Satellite (CSR Voice)

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to supervisors when necessary
  • Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed case notes
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance

What we're looking for

  • Proven 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and achieving key performance metrics
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
