The Credit and Collection Head shall be responsible for the overall management and efficient daily operation of the Credit and Collection Department; managing delinquent accounts for the purpose of collecting past-due balances; handling of, as well as management representative in legal cases concerning collections, and will supervise the following direct reports: Credit and Collection Assistant, Credit and Collection Clerks, Credit Analyst, Billing Clerk, Collectors and Meter Reader.
