We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee and drive excellence in Credit and Collections operations for a multinational organization. The role will manage a high-performing team responsible for accounts receivable, collections, dispute management, and customer agreements. You will play a key role in improving processes, implementing technology solutions, and building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across finance, commercial, and shared service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee end-to-end CTC operations, including collections, dispute resolution, master data management, and customer agreements.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and ERP systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, commercial, and operational teams to deliver business value.
  • Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement programs within the finance operations function.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • 5+ years managing teams, with experience leading managers strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in Customer to Cash operations, accounts receivable, collections, or finance operations.
  • Strong ERP experience, ideally SAP; advanced MS Office skills required.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
