What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll manage office operations, coordinate schedules, handle communications, and support projects. You'll ensure smooth workflows, organize essential documentation, assist executives, and keep processes running efficiently, all while contributing to a balanced and well-structured work environment.

Shift: Day Shift (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM), Weekends Off

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus)
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality

How You'll Contribute

  • Manage and maintain office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files
  • Perform data entry, prepare documents, and maintain records with accuracy
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support projects and initiatives
  • Assist with calendar management, arrange travel, and process expense reports for executives or team members
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure availability
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and promptly
  • Support event planning, including logistics, catering, and scheduling
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as requested by management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities
  • Perform other related duties to support the team or department as assigned
