About the role

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.' is seeking an experienced Logistic Assistant to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. This full-time position is a crucial part of our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operations, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the logistics department, including order processing, inventory management, and document preparation
  • Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of deliveries and pickups to ensure timely and accurate transportation of goods
  • Monitoring stock levels and identifying any discrepancies or issues, reporting them to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintaining accurate records and data related to logistics activities, including tracking shipments and generating reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistical challenges or customer queries
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or warehousing industries
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using logistics software, spreadsheets, and other relevant technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • A problem-solving mindset and a keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to transportation and warehousing
