About the role

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team at Teleperformance's office in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations, with a focus on inventory and fixed assets management. The role presents an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in finance and accounting.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  2. Maintain accurate records of inventory and fixed assets, ensuring proper categorisation and valuation
  3. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of inventory and fixed asset accounts
  4. Support the month-end and year-end close processes
  5. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  7. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  7. Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and best practices
  8. Familiarity with inventory and fixed asset management processes
