Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales in retail channels.
  • Develop and implement trade promotions and in-store activities aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with sales and brand teams to ensure successful rollout.
  • Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to optimize product availability and placement.
  • Monitor channel performance and suggest improvement plans.
  • Conduct trade visits and gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports on trade marketing performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of trade plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least
    5-10 years
     of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, shopper behavior, and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork or trade visits when needed.
