Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights, providing actionable recommendations for strategic improvements.

· Analyze customer needs and market dynamics to develop tailored solutions that support business objectives and drive growth.

· Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across diverse sectors, emphasizing long-term relationship building and partnership development.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

· Lead contract, pricing, and service agreement negotiations to achieve profitable and mutually beneficial terms.

· Generate high-quality leads through strategic networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and participation in industry events and trade shows.

· Deliver compelling proposals and product demonstrations, effectively closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align strategies with company capabilities, and provide market feedback to enhance offerings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the Building & Construction industry, including expertise in industrial doors, loading solutions, racking systems, residential doors, and roller shutters.
  • Established network of contacts among main contractors, architects, and relevant customers.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, client prospecting, and closing business deals.
  • Strong, verifiable industry connections within the abovementioned sectors.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Outstanding negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of business development strategies, sales methodologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Self-driven, result-focused, and capable of working autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Expertise:

  • Direct experience in Building & Construction, particularly in industrial and loading solutions, residential doors, and roller shutters.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in sales, project management, or related disciplines are advantageous.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English and Filipino is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
