Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights, providing actionable recommendations for strategic improvements.
· Analyze customer needs and market dynamics to develop tailored solutions that support business objectives and drive growth.
· Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across diverse sectors, emphasizing long-term relationship building and partnership development.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
· Lead contract, pricing, and service agreement negotiations to achieve profitable and mutually beneficial terms.
· Generate high-quality leads through strategic networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and participation in industry events and trade shows.
· Deliver compelling proposals and product demonstrations, effectively closing sales to meet and exceed targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align strategies with company capabilities, and provide market feedback to enhance offerings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the Building & Construction industry, including expertise in industrial doors, loading solutions, racking systems, residential doors, and roller shutters.
- Established network of contacts among main contractors, architects, and relevant customers.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client prospecting, and closing business deals.
- Strong, verifiable industry connections within the abovementioned sectors.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels.
- Outstanding negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Solid understanding of business development strategies, sales methodologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Self-driven, result-focused, and capable of working autonomously.

Industry Expertise:
- Direct experience in Building & Construction, particularly in industrial and loading solutions, residential doors, and roller shutters.
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in sales, project management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English and Filipino is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
