Marketing Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for supporting campaigns, and projects with the necessary set of marketing materials by creating digital/electronic to tangible/print collaterals, for internal and external use, i.e. Including product advertisements/ad campaigns, and able to market using social media, email, and website, merchandising, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that information is accurate and well-coordinated.
• Ensure the layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts are as per guidelines provided, if guidelines are not provided it is expected they are requested from the team member requesting the graphic.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval, or requesting sample peg to imitate
• Assist in preparing finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors
• Work with suppliers to deliver quality products and be able to present cost-efficient supplier options.
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Organize marketing calendar to ensure that events and projects are well prepared for, and arrange priorities to suit urgent tasks that come at hand spontaneously.
• Initiates market studies and other forms of research (personal feedback, internet research, etc) to gain insights regarding the brand and ongoing projects/events.
• Responsible for customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
• Monitor the brand's competitive landscape and identify the latest trends in the market in terms of advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications, and keep up-to-date information across all media.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Other duties that may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software, CRM systems, or social media platforms).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
