Objectives

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to track current inventory, incoming shipments, and items nearing expiry.
  • Assist the Billing Department in preparing invoices.
  • Support the Sales Department by preparing bidding documents and ensuring proper filing.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Results-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical, organized, and with good time management skills.
  • Preferably with customer service skills.
