Job Description:

• Identify and contact prospective customers through various channels, including cold-calling, referrals, and marketing-generated leads
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively present benefits and features.
• Use active listening to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and goals.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to persuade prospective customers and highlight value.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify new sales opportunities
• Guide customers through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
• Work to meet and surpass assigned sales goals (quotas) within specified timeframes.
• Prepare and coordinate sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Coordinate the payment process and provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/ Physiotherapy, others or equivalent
• With sales experience
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to do presentation, comfortably in front of an audience
• Must be assertive, confident and resourceful
• A team player but can work independently
