Sales Staff – Awei Products

  • Promote and sell Awei products (earphones, headphones, speakers, chargers, and other accessories) to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in choosing the right products based on their needs.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to increase customer interest and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization of products in the store or booth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.
  • Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the team for stock replenishment.
  • Participate in marketing promotions and events to increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level/graduate in any field.
  • With sales experience (experience in mobile accessories or electronics is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, customer-oriented, and sales-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic knowledge of gadgets, mobile accessories, or electronic products is preferred.

Objectives:

  • Deliver excellent customer service while driving sales of Awei products.
  • Contribute to achieving the company's overall sales goals and brand visibility.
  • Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business.
