Schedule: Monday- Saturday; 8:30am- 5:30pm

Salary: P20- 25K

Job Description:

-Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

-Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing

-solutions that meet their objectives.

-Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

-Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

-Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

-Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

-Consistently work to hit sales targets through proactive account development and customer engagement.

-Manage accounts by ensuring ongoing satisfaction and delivering the correct products and services in a timely manner.

-Open new accounts by identifying potential clients and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

-Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in people management.

  • Preferably with experience in customer relationship management, planning, and

implementing sales strategies.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the FMCG Industry or in a related field is required for this position.

  • Required Skills: Selling, Accounts Management

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 3- 6 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
