Key Account Manager

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships especially in key accounts, executive effective sales strategies, drive sales growth, and achieve forecasted sales budgets and targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail and distribution partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like R&D, Technical, Operations, and Marketing to drive sales growth
- Establish presence in all markets with a full range products
- Ensure client satisfaction and address their needs
- Understand market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses
- With at least 3 to 5 years experience in Key Accounts Management for construction or building materials, covering Luzon retailers and distributors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be willing to work in Taguig City and do field work
