Job Description


• Assist in facilitating recruitment process and selection;


• Manage and maintain the organization's employee files and records;


• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries;


• Collects and reviews timekeeping data of all employees for payroll processing;


• Issues paychecks for all employees;


• Prepares reports, monitor, update documents relating to government agencies compliance;


• Manage monthly payment and posting of government contributions;


• Processes loans, claims and benefits of all employees;


• Processes business permits, fire certificate and other necessary permits as needed


• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations


• Assist in other administrative and clerical tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or any related courses


• Minimum one (1) year of experience in Human Resource


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Excellent critical and organization skills.


• Effective communication skills.


• Detail-oriented
