EDGE Tutor is opening a dedicated transition track for experienced TSG tutors to support our fast-growing international Math program.

We are hiring Math Tutors who can teach learners from elementary level up to college entrance preparation. If you have a strong foundation in advanced math and a passion for guiding students to success, we want to hear from you.

Math Tutor Role – At a Glance

• Teach Math across levels: Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Statistics, and SAT/ACT Math
• Handle both 1-on-1 and small group sessions
• Must have teaching or test prep/review center experience
• Evening to overnight Sri Lanka shifts: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (equivalent to 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM US timezones)

What We are Looking For (Math):

• Completed Bachelor's Honors degree in any field (3 years or 4 years accepted)
• Strong foundation in elementary through college-level math topics
• Experience teaching SAT/ACT or similar college entrance exams
• Comfortable using digital tools (Desmos, online whiteboards, Zoom)
• Neutral accent and fluent English (C1/C2 level)

Teaching Rates:

• $4–5 USD/hour for Primary level
• $6–7 USD/hour for Secondary level
• $7–8 USD/hour for Advanced (SAT Math, Algebra, College Prep)

Requirements:

• FBI Fingerprint Clearance Card is a strong advantage
• All applicants must hold a college degree
• Neutral English accent is required
