Retail Specialist - Carry Om

Location: Where good vibes flow

We're looking for a natural, sales-oriented Retail Specialist — someone with effortless budoling skills and a big heart. You'll laugh with customers, guide them in picking their first Om bag (or adding to their growing collection of Carry Oms), and make every visit feel like a catch-up with a friend.

You'll be the face of Carry Om, greeting customers with warmth, styling them with intention, and helping them find pieces that carry funk and flow.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, genuine way
  • Share product knowledge and guide customers toward mindful (yet irresistibly budol) purchases
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual display standards
  • Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate cash register operations
  • Monitor inventory, restock products, and assist with stockroom organization
  • Support events, pop-ups, and product launches
  • Represent the Carry Om brand with authenticity, malasakit, and good energy in every interaction
