About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ITSD / Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective IT support to our clients. As an ITSD / Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues, ensuring our clients' IT systems and applications are running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  2. Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner
  3. Escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and resolution
  4. Documenting and maintaining records of support activities and resolutions
  5. Continuously improving the support process and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
  6. Collaborating with the IT team to implement new technologies and enhancements
  7. Providing training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or service desk role
  2. Must be amenable to work FULLTIME ONSITE in Angeles City, Pampanga
  3. Ok with working in a nightshift schedule
  4. Better if familiar in using ACTIVE DIRECTORY AND SERVICE SNOW
  5. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  7. Familiarity with common IT hardware, software, and networking technologies
  8. Proficiency in using remote support tools and ticketing systems
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
