About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ITSD / Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective IT support to our clients. As an ITSD / Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues, ensuring our clients' IT systems and applications are running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
- Providing first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and resolution
- Documenting and maintaining records of support activities and resolutions
- Continuously improving the support process and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement new technologies and enhancements
- Providing training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or service desk role
- Must be amenable to work FULLTIME ONSITE in Angeles City, Pampanga
- Ok with working in a nightshift schedule
- Better if familiar in using ACTIVE DIRECTORY AND SERVICE SNOW
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with common IT hardware, software, and networking technologies
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
