QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any courses
  • No prior experience required
  • Willing to be trained in shipping and logistics processes
  • With valid driver's license
  • Willing to do fieldwork, including going to the pier, and render overtime when needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Monitor delivery schedules and update shipment status
  • Prepare and organize shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists)
  • Communicate with drivers, couriers, and logistics partners
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping of shipments and deliveries
  • Other related tasks will be assigned and discussed during the training period
