We are currently representing a leading global port operator and they are in need of logistics coordinator to support their US-based clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Required to verify and carry out activities regularly, such as distribution of daily status report on inbound/outbound shipments, critical shipments, transmittal of required documents to related sections, the review of data entry, and documentation.

  • Coordinate and manage logistics operations related to custom brokerage, breakbulk, rail mode transportation, intermodal, air/sea and compliance laws.

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service by managing day-to-day activities with internal/external customers, including daily interface with General Aviation, Marketing and/or other customer operations, carriers and terminals to resolve customer and supply issues.

  • Required to do System input, transmit EDI and AES submission, ISF, Prepare shipping document and billing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with US Inbound/Outbound activities, logistics operations Sea/Air, Rail and land transport.
  • Experience working on a graveyard shift (USA working hours).
  • Must be willing to work onsite either in ASEANA Paranaque or in Alabang
