JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Promote the company's product (pharmaceutical products such as Vitamins, Cosmetics, Medicines and etc.) to different establishments through Online, Field, and Client Visits.
  • Create presentations and arrange appointments with prospective clients to promote the company's products and distribute product samples.
  • Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
  • Handle and promote product visibility via the company's social media platforms.
  • Building and maintaining good business relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Manages customer inquiries regarding products and provides after-sales support.
  • Deliver and uphold a high standard customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate, timely updates of sales and transaction records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities, monitor demand, and support new business development initiatives.
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the marketing or sales industry, preferably with background in selling any consumable or pharmaceutical products
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Highly creative, reliable and competent
  • Strong networking skills
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork and client visits.
  • Strong negotiation and excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and able to carry out tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Can work overtime if necessary
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
