Job Summary:
The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, lead generation, and market expansion. This role oversees all marketing functions—including digital marketing, branding, advertising, events, and communications—to ensure consistent brand messaging and achievement of business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of annual marketing plans and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Brand Management
- Strengthen brand positioning, image, and awareness across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Oversee development of marketing collateral, content, and corporate communications.
- Digital Marketing
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, website optimization, and online advertising.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher ROI and engagement.
- Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Design and execute campaigns to generate leads and support the sales team.
- Enhance customer experience and retention through targeted marketing programs and loyalty initiatives.
- Events and Partnerships
- Plan and oversee marketing events, product launches, webinars, and exhibitions.
- Build strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and growth opportunities.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to deliver high-impact results.
- Foster a collaborative environment between marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Performance Analysis
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Evaluate ROI of campaigns and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Budget Management
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Manage vendors, agencies, and external partners for cost-effective marketing execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven experience in campaign management, market research, and brand strategy.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
